It's rare that I get to combine #POD with #TOD but here we are! If you do long cardio sessions, you can lose weight but, the weight you lose is the part that gives you shape and strength. Here we are looking at someone losing the shape of their ass by doing to much cardio losing the muscle thus giving us a Sling Moon Shot. ARRRGGGH(pirate style).
